Maintenance
Taking out a maintenance contract provides access to the latest software updates as well as online support.
The annual maintenance cost is 15% of the value of the licenses held by the user. This is charged on the anniversary date of purchase.
Any acquisition of a new license entitles you to free maintenance for one year.
